Job Title: Dispatcher (E-commerce Operations)

Role Overview

We are hiring a Dispatcher to manage daily order dispatch operations and ensure timely handover of shipments.

This role requires speed, coordination, and accuracy in handling orders, packaging flow, and dispatch timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and prepare orders for dispatch (RTD)

• Ensure all shipments are packed and ready before cutoff time

• Coordinate with warehouse team for smooth order flow

• Generate and manage shipment manifests

• Verify order details before dispatch (SKU, quantity, labels)

• Ensure proper handover to delivery partners (FE)

• Maintain daily dispatch records

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Excel / order sheets

• Fast execution and ability to work under deadlines

• Strong attention to detail (no wrong dispatch)

• Ability to handle high order volumes

• Good coordination and communication skills

Role Flexibility

• This is a dynamic operations role

• Responsibilities may expand into inventory, returns, or warehouse coordination

• Training will be provided for all systems

Working Nature

• Time-sensitive role (daily dispatch deadlines)

Note

All systems and processes will be taught during training. Prior experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation

• As per experience

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
