Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily dispatch of textile materials.

• Prepare delivery challans for inward and outward material movement.

• Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and warehouse staff.

• Prepare invoices, e-way bills, and other dispatch documents.

• Update dispatch and stock details in the ERP system.

• Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing materials.

• Ensure materials are dispatched and received on time.

• Support inventory and stock management activities.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Dispatch, Logistics, or the Textile industry.

• Knowledge of ERP software.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

• Experience in preparing delivery challans, invoices, and e-way bills.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
