Warehouse & Dispatch Coordinator – Chemical Trading Company

We are a chemical trading company looking for an experienced, responsible, and proactive person to manage the supply and dispatch of our products from our warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the dispatch and supply of products from our office in Andheri east with warehouses.

• Maintain accurate product-wise stock records based on all inward and outward movements.

• Keep track of stock received, stock dispatched, and the balance stock available for each product.

• Monitor inventory regularly and identify any discrepancies or shortages.

• Ensure that all inward and outward transactions are properly recorded and updated.

• Coordinate effectively with customers, warehouses, and transporters.

• Ensure timely and accurate order processing and deliveries.

• Maintain proper stock, dispatch, and delivery-related documentation.

• Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and stock requirements.

• Handle day-to-day operational issues and resolve them efficiently.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in warehouse, dispatch, logistics, or chemical trading will be preferred.

• Good computer knowledge, including MS Excel and inventory/ERP systems.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Good understanding of inventory and stock management.

• Ability to accurately track products and stock movements from inward to outward.

• Ability to communicate professionally with customers, warehouse staff, and transporters.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Responsible, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

• Should have a good memory for products, stock positions, and day-to-day transactions.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
