Dispatch Executive – Job Description

Company: Holybasil Ayurveda Products Private Limited
Job Location: Sector 69, Transport Nagar, Noida
Position: Dispatch Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Handle daily dispatch operations and shipment processing
Coordinate with courier and transport partners
Generate invoices, shipping labels & E-way bills
Ensure proper packing and timely dispatch of orders
Track shipments and update delivery status
Maintain dispatch records and stock coordination
Handle return shipments and damaged parcel cases
Coordinate with warehouse and sales team for smooth workflow

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of MS Excel & billing software
Good communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of courier portals and logistics handling
Ability to manage multiple dispatches efficiently
Experience in FMCG/Ayurvedic industry preferred

Qualification:

Graduate Only
Minimum 6 Months Experience Required
