Dispatch Executive

ob Summary:
As a Dispatch Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dispatch department. Your main goal is to ensure that all orders are processed accurately and shipped to the customers on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Plan and coordinate daily dispatch schedules and prioritize urgent shipments.

• Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of dispatch clerks, loaders, and drivers to meet daily targets.

• Inventory Tracking: Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock using ERP or MS Excel.

• Documentation: Prepare and verify essential documents like Invoices, Delivery Challans, Packing Lists, and Lorry Receipts (LR).

• Vehicle Coordination: Coordinate with transport vendors and drivers for timely vehicle placement.

• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols are followed during loading and unloading of goods.

• Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports for the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Logistics or Supply Chain background is a plus).

• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in warehouse or dispatch operations.

• IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with SAP/ERP systems.

• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and handle pressure.
