Customs Clearance & Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Active Freight Logistics Private Limited is looking for an experienced Customs Clearance & Compliance Manager to manage customs operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support smooth import/export shipment execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day customs clearance operations for import/export shipments.

• Manage customs filing, documentation, and clearance processes.

• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, notifications, and procedures.

• Knowledge of HS Codes and classification of goods.

• Handle customs queries, replies, documentation, and compliance requirements.

• Guide and support the back-office filing team.

• Coordinate with clients, customs authorities, and internal teams.

• Ensure smooth execution of import/export shipments.

Requirements

• Preferably a Valid G Card holder.

• Strong experience in Customs filing and clearance operations.

• Good knowledge of HS Codes, Customs Notifications, and regulatory compliance.

• Ability to independently manage customs operations.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
