1. Center Operations Management
Oversee daily activities of the training center
Ensure proper functioning of classrooms, labs, and infrastructure
Maintain attendance of students and staff
Ensure discipline and smooth operations
2. Training & Quality Control
Monitor training delivery as per guidelines
Ensure trainers follow curriculum and schedule
Maintain quality standards set by government bodies (DDU-GKY, UPSDM, NSDC, etc.)
Conduct regular classroom observations
3. Student Mobilization & Admission
Plan strategies to attract candidates
Coordinate with mobilization team
Ensure proper counseling and enrollment of students
Maintain student records and documentation
4. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure all government norms and guidelines are followed
Maintain proper documentation (attendance, assessments, MIS)
Submit regular reports to head office or authorities
Handle audits and inspections
