Service Associate

Job Summary

The Service Associate is responsible for delivering excellent guest service and ensuring smooth day-to-day cinema operations. The role involves assisting guests, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, supporting food & beverage operations, and ensuring a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with a courteous and professional approach.

• Check and assist guests with tickets, seating, and auditorium-related queries.

• Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of auditoriums, lobby, washrooms, and other guest areas.

• Support Food & Beverage operations, including order taking, billing, and serving.

• Handle guest queries and complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.

• Follow all company SOPs, safety, security, and hygiene guidelines.

• Assist during movie screenings, including auditorium checks before and after shows.

• Ensure proper display and availability of promotional materials.

• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth cinema operations.

• Maintain a high standard of customer service and guest satisfaction.

• Perform other operational duties assigned by the Duty Manager/Operations Manager.

Required Skills
