We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team at PVR Limited and deliver an excellent customer experience. In this role, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, managing ticket bookings, handling counter operations, and assisting guests with their queries. You will ensure smooth service, efficient counter management, and customer satisfaction throughout their visit. The position offers a salary of ₹15,000–₹18,000 per month, along with a friendly and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and assist with seating.

• Take orders and serve food and beverages.

• Manage ticket bookings and customer queries.

• Handle counter operations, billing, and payments.

• Maintain cleanliness of counters and dining areas.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service.

• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout their visit.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 6 months of experience. They must have good communication skills, basic knowledge of food and beverages, and a customer-friendly attitude.
