Job Summary

We are looking for a Kitchen Helper to support the kitchen team in daily food preparation, cleaning, packing, and maintaining hygiene standards. The candidate should be willing to work in a fast-paced QSR environment and follow all kitchen SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the kitchen team with basic food preparation and pre-preparation work.

• Wash, clean, cut, peel, and arrange ingredients as instructed.

• Assist in food packing and order preparation.

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, workstations, and storage areas.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.

• Follow FIFO/FEFO practices for ingredients and materials.

• Ensure proper storage of food items and ingredients.

• Follow handwashing, glove, cap, and apron requirements.

• Help maintain proper housekeeping in the kitchen and other assigned areas.

• Support the team during busy/peak hours.

• Inform the supervisor about shortages, damaged items, or any hygiene/safety concerns.

• Perform other kitchen-related duties assigned by the supervisor or Store Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 10th standard preferred.

• Freshers can apply.

• Previous experience in a QSR, restaurant, hotel, or food service industry will be an advantage.

• Basic understanding of cleanliness and hygiene.

• Physically fit and comfortable working for long periods.

• Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.
