We are now looking for a highly creative and retention-focused video editor who understands social media psychology, pacing, and storytelling to keep viewers hooked till the last second.

🎬 Key Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram Reels, and Shorts.

• Create retention-based edits — using fast cuts, zooms, subtitles, transitions, memes, and engaging hooks.

• Add motion graphics, dynamic text animations, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.

• Understand social media algorithms and editing styles that increase watch time and CTR.

• Edit product videos, customer reviews, tutorial videos, and brand advertisements.

• Maintain a consistent brand tone and editing style across all platforms.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative team to plan and execute video concepts.

• Keep up with trending editing styles, sound effects, and viral formats.

💡 Requirements:

• Proven experience in retention-based video editing for YouTube / Reels / Facebook.

• Strong grip on motion graphics and dynamic animations (After Effects / Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro).

• Must have a powerful editing system capable of handling 4K footage and motion graphics smoothly.

• Good understanding of story pacing, viewer psychology, and editing flow.

• Strong sense of visual composition, sound sync, and color grading.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

• Creativity, attention to detail, and consistency are a must.

🎯 Preferred Skills (Bonus Points):

• Experience with Garage / Industrial / Product-based videos.

• Knowledge of thumbnail design and YouTube SEO-friendly editing.

• Familiar with CapCut templates, AI editing tools, and sound design.
