Job Description

Tour Crown, a growing travel and tourism company specializing in domestic and international tour packages, is looking for enthusiastic, target-oriented, and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling travel enquiries, converting leads into bookings, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Management: Handle incoming enquiries from websites, phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other lead-generation platforms.

• Sales & Conversion: Convert potential customers into confirmed bookings by understanding their travel requirements and recommending suitable tour packages.

• Customer Communication: Communicate professionally with customers, explain package details, and resolve booking-related queries.

• Tour Package Sales: Promote and sell domestic and international holiday packages, pilgrimage tours, group tours, and customized travel experiences.

• Follow-Ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers to maximize conversions and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Quotation & Itinerary Preparation: Prepare attractive travel quotations, customized itineraries, and package proposals according to customer requirements.

• CRM Management: Update customer information, lead status, follow-up records, and booking details accurately in the company's CRM system.

• Coordination: Work closely with the operations, hotel booking, and transport teams to ensure smooth travel arrangements.

• Revenue Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase bookings and customer satisfaction.

• Sales Reporting: Prepare daily sales reports, track lead conversions, and maintain accurate booking records.

Skills & Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in sales, telesales, travel sales, or customer relationship management.

• Experience in the travel and tourism industry will be preferred.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

• Good command of Hindi and English.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM software, and WhatsApp Business.

• Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate travel packages.

• Strong follow-up skills with a result-oriented approach.

• Ability to work independently and achieve assigned sales targets.

• Positive attitude, professional behaviour, and strong teamwork skills.

• Comfortable working 6 days a week during the day shift.
