Products: Personal Loan & Overdraft (OD)
Experience: 0–3 Years
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Location: G-24, 2nd floor, sector - 6

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding Personal Loans and Overdraft facilities.

• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, features, and benefits to customers.

• Follow up with interested customers and generate qualified leads.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products.

• Collect required documents and coordinate with the processing team.

• Maintain customer records and update lead status regularly.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely assistance.
  

Skills Required

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Good command of Hindi; basic English communication preferred.

• Strong sales and customer-handling skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Basic computer knowledge.
