🧑💼 About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Team Leader to lead our Sales/Broking team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a group of sales executives, driving revenue, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with SEBI regulations.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales/dealing executives.

• Drive acquisition of Demat & Trading Accounts.

• Achieve team sales targets across equity broking & financial products.

• Train, motivate, and monitor team performance.

• Handle escalated client queries and ensure top-notch service.

• Ensure adherence to SEBI norms and internal compliance.

• Collaborate with departments like research, operations, and compliance.

✅ Requirements:

• 12 th pass /Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration.

•4 months to 7 years of relevant experience, with 1–2 years in a team-leading role.

• Strong understanding of stock markets, financial products & trading platforms.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
