Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telesales Executive to join our Real Estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, generating sales opportunities, and converting prospects into site visits and potential customers through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
Explain real estate projects, pricing, and offers to clients.
Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate project information.
Update lead status and customer details in CRM/software.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Strong telesales and customer handling abilities.
Lead generation and follow-up management.
Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email Communication.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Qualification
Graduate or Undergraduate candidates may apply.
1–2 years of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, or Real Estate Sales.
