Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Health Insurance Sales Executives.

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.

• Monitor individual and team performance against defined KPIs.

• Ensure achievement of sales, conversion, revenue, and productivity targets.

• Conduct daily team huddles, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.

• Monitor calls and provide regular feedback to improve sales pitch and conversion.

• Handle escalations and support team members in closing difficult cases.

• Ensure adherence to approved sales processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

• Identify performance gaps and implement appropriate corrective action plans.

• Coordinate with Training, Quality, MIS, and Operations teams for smooth process functioning.

• Prepare and share regular performance reports and business updates with management.

• Maintain team discipline, attendance, productivity, and overall employee engagement.

• Support new-hire onboarding, product/process training, and on-floor coaching.

• Drive incentive and contest-based activities to improve team performance.
  
  
  Candidate Profile

  • Graduate in any discipline preferred.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Health Insurance Sales, preferably in a BPO/contact-center environment.

  • Minimum 1 year of Team Leader experience managing a sales team.

  • Strong knowledge of health insurance products and sales processes.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Good understanding of sales metrics such as Conversion %, AHT, Productivity, Revenue, Login/Connect %, and Achievement %.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Comfortable working in a target-driven and high-pressure environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
