About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, explaining our products/services, and converting prospects into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls and other sources.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.

• Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper communication.

• Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities.

• Maintain daily call records, lead status, and follow-up details in CRM/Excel.

• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for customer requirements.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Hindi and English communication skills preferred.

• Good convincing and negotiation ability.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM software.

• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

• Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
