1. Telesales Executive

Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Night Shift
Location: Noida – Sector 58, 62
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Incentives: Up to ₹20,000+ based on performance

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Explain products/services and generate sales.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.

• Maintain customer information and call records.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Build positive relationships with customers.

Requirements

• Good communication skills.

• Hindi and basic English communication preferred.

• Sales/telesales experience is an advantage.

• Freshers with good communication and a sales-oriented attitude can also apply.

• Comfortable working in a night shift.

• Target-oriented and motivated to earn performance-based incentives.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹50,000/month

2. Customer Support Executive

Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Day Shift
Location: Noida – Sector 6, 127
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,500 per month
Cab Service: Available

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, chats or other communication channels.

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.

• Maintain a professional and positive interaction with customers.

• Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Follow company processes and quality standards.

Requirements

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Hindi and basic English communication preferred.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Customer-focused and problem-solving attitude.

• Willingness to work in a day shift.
