We are looking for a confident and result-oriented B2C Telesales Executive to join our team.
💼 Role & Responsibilities
• Handle inbound leads generated through our marketing channels.
• Call customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable beauty services.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Follow up with interested customers and pending leads.
• Explain services, pricing, offers, and appointment details clearly.
• Maintain proper follow-up and lead status records.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
• Good Hindi & English communication.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle customer objections and close bookings.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
• Previous experience in B2C telesales, telecalling, beauty, salon, hospitality, or similar industries will be an advantage.
