We are looking for motivated and energetic Real Estate Sales Associates /Telecallers to join our growing team at Sector-75 office in Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar, U.P.. You will be the first point of contact for potential property buyers, understanding their requirements, presenting residential/commercial options and scheduling site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact prospective buyers from provided leads to present residential and commercial real estate projects across Noida and Greater Noida.

• Understand client's budget, location preferences, and property requirements to recommend suitable sites/options.

• Persuade interested buyers to visit property sites and coordinate meetings with the direct sales team.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential leads to move them through the sales pipeline.

• Verify information, spot data discrepancies, and resolve them promptly.

• Organize and manage both digital and physical records to optimize access.

• Generate and present reports to internal teams for informed decision-making.

• Handle all sensitive data with strict confidentiality.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th / Graduation and minimum one year experience in the relevant field. The position requires strong communication skill, Computer knowledge, high energy, goal-oriented, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
