Telesales Executive

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team at Careersecure Private Limited. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Get a salary of ₹18,000 - ₹23,000 +incentives along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, emails)

• Counsel students and parents on online degree programs and career courses

• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable university programs

• Guide Students through the end-to-end admission process (Application to Enrollment)

• Convert leads into paid enrollments

• Maintain CRM and follow-up pipeline

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Candidate Profile

• Proficient in English and Hindi (Verbal and written) language

• Strong communication, Interpersonal & convincing skills

• Ability to handle student queries and provide effective solutions

• Self motivated with a target-driven mindset

• Willing to work in a high-growth sales environment

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 5 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
