We are hiring for the Academic Advisor role at UNext Learning 📍 (Noida, Sector 15).

Eligibility:

🎓 Education: Graduation (Mandatory)

💼 Experience: 1–6 years

Key Responsibilities:

🎓 Act as the primary point of contact between students and the University

📞 Handle academic & administrative queries (fees, LMS, semester-related) via calls, emails & chat

📊 Track students’ academic progress and submission timelines

🤝 Coordinate with internal teams to resolve and escalate issues within TAT

📈 Drive student satisfaction, re-registrations & program completion
