Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote BTN EVENTS services

• Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities

• Explain event packages, offerings, and customized solutions clearly

• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems

• Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of sales

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth client onboarding

Requirements

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role (event industry experience is a plus), Freshers are most welcome.

• Good communication and persuasion skills

• Strong negotiation and closing abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)

• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• Experience in event management, hospitality, or service industry sales
