Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Team Leader to oversee our matrimony operations team. The ideal candidate will lead a team of Relationship Managers/Executives, ensure smooth profile management, drive registrations, and deliver excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management:

  • Supervise, train, and motivate a team of executives to achieve monthly targets.

  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.

• Operations & Process:

  • Ensure smooth handling of profiles, registrations, and match recommendations.

  • Monitor daily activities to maintain high-quality standards and service delivery.

• Customer Success:

  • Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy.

  • Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and maintain relationship quality.

• Sales & Target Achievement:

  • Guide the team to achieve lead conversion and revenue targets.

  • Analyze sales data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

• Collaboration:

  • Work closely with management for new initiatives, campaigns, and process improvements.

  • Coordinate with the tech and marketing team to ensure smooth user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

• 2-5 years of experience in team handling, preferably in matrimony, BPO, sales, or customer service industry.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to motivate and mentor team members to achieve targets.

• Good understanding of CRM tools and reporting.

• Problem-solving attitude and client-focused approach.
