• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end process for Loan and Credit Card sales.

• Handle client queries and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Coordinate with internal teams, sales executives, and banking partners for smooth operations.

• Monitor application status and ensure timely processing and disbursement.

• Guide and support the sales team to achieve business targets.

• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with bank policies.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Resolve operational issues and provide quick solutions to clients and team members.

• Track project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Maintain data accuracy and update CRM systems regularly.

• Build and maintain relationships with multiple banks and financial institutions.
