Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound sales calls from US customers
• Convert leads into successful sales
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Resolve customer queries professionally
• Maintain customer records in CRM systems
• Follow up with prospective customers
• Build and maintain customer relationships
Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Voice Process/BPO
• Experience in Sales or Customer Service preferred
• Stock Broking or Financial Services experience is an advantage
• Comfortable working night shifts

Educational Qualification
• 12th Pass / Graduate
