Make outbound sales calls to prospective students and working professionals.
Promote and sell IT courses offered by the institute on calls.
Explain course details, pricing, schedules, and career benefits.
Generate leads from various sources and follow up regularly.
Convert inquiries into confirmed Walkins through effective sales techniques.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly walkin targets.
Provide feedback and insights from calls to improve sales strategies.
Work closely with the counseling and Centre Head.
Strong communication and telesales skills.
Ability to persuade and handle objections confidently.
Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in telesales/education sales preferred but not mandatory.
(Freshers are Welcome for this role)
Fluency in English, Hindi, or local language.
