We are looking for an enthusiastic Female Telesales Executive to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for the following activities:

Outbound & Inbound Calls & Sales Management for Financial products & Stock Broking, Demat Account Opening promptly.

Solving Client Queries & Communicating with them about Products / Offers / Services.

Maintaining the leads database of the prospective customer’s calls and communication feedback regularly.

Enable customer cold calling & convince clients to invest in the stock markets.

Scheduling appointments for Sales executives by calling inbound leads and converting

Desired Candidate Profile:

Candidates with a minimum of 1-2 years of Experience in the brokerage industry (Preferred) / Credit card / Financial Product Sales / Insurance / Mutual fund

You should be proficient & comfortable with email activities and report Preparation in Excel. Communication would be in regional languages (English/Hindi) with basic knowledge of English.
