About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and quick-learning candidates to join our in-house telecalling team at Fairdeal. The role involves outbound and inbound calling to verify and update commercial real estate property details in the CRM system with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

● Make outbound calls to landlords and clients to confirm property details

● Verify and update information accurately in CRM on time

● Handle inbound calls professionally

● Follow up regularly to maintain updated property records

● Create self-generated / new property inventories in CRM

Job Details:

Timings: 9:45 AM to 6:30 PM

Week Off: Fixed Sunday + 2nd & 4th Saturday off
