We are hiring enthusiastic and dedicated candidates for the position of Telecaller.

Job Responsibilities:

Make and receive customer calls professionally

Explain company services/products to customers

Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups

Maintain daily call records and reports

Build good customer relationships

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Hindi (English basic knowledge preferred)

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, internet use)

Positive attitude and confidence while speaking

Ability to work in a team environment

Qualification:

10th / 12th Pass or Graduate

Freshers and experienced both can apply
