Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our Software Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients using company-provided data, explaining our software products/services, and generating sales leads.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers candidates who want to start their career in IT Sales & Business Development and those who have BPO background experience candidates also can apply. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers using company-provided leads/data

• Clearly explain the company’s software products and services to prospective clients

• Understand customer requirements and schedule demos or meetings for the sales team

• Follow up with interested prospects via calls, emails, and WhatsApp

• Maintain and regularly update call details, leads, and follow-ups in CRM, Excel, or Google Sheets

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets and book appointments for the sales team

• Handle customer queries professionally and politely

• Meet targets for booking online and offline demos, ensuring all demo details are updated in the Google Sheet

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate (Any stream)

• Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus)

• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel

• Interest in software/IT sales

• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Any prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
