Telecaller & Field Executive – Business Loan / Personal Loan (DSA)

Salary

25,000 Fixed + Incentives

(Earning potential up to 40,000+)

Job Description

We are hiring Telecaller & Field Executives for our Loan DSA business.

The role includes outbound calling, customer visits for document collection, and coordination with the internal sales team for loan processing.

Responsibilities:

Calling customers for Business Loan & Personal Loan
Visiting customers when required for document collection
Explaining loan products and eligibility
Coordinating with Branch Head for login & disbursement

Requirements:

6 months+ experience in loan telecalling / sales preferred
Comfortable with field work when required
Good Hindi communication (English preferred)
Two-wheeler preferred (not mandatory)
