Star Finance is looking for an experienced and motivated Telecaller Team Leader to manage and guide a team of telecallers in business loan sales.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise a team of telecallers.
Monitor daily calling activities and team performance.
Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Guide team members in business loan sales and customer follow-ups.
Monitor lead conversion and improve team productivity.
Train, motivate, and support team members.
Prepare daily performance reports and share updates with management.
Handle customer and team-related issues effectively.
Candidate Requirements
1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or team handling.
Experience in business loans, banking, or financial services is preferred.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage a team and achieve sales targets.
Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
