Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) – Tele-Bancassurance

Are you excellent at building rewarding professional relationships over the phone and digital platforms? If yes, this is the right job for you.As a Virtual Relationship Manager in our Tele-Bancassurance channel, you will network remotely with assigned bank partner teams. You will build win-win business relationships and drive high performance by enabling the sale of life insurance products through tele-calling and digital touchpoints.

Job Overview

Role Type: Inside Sales / Virtual Relationship Management

Shift Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Compensation: ₹3.75 to ₹5.50 Lakhs Per Annum (LPA) + Performance Incentives

Job Locations: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad

Target Achievement: Meet business targets (Top line, Persistency, Product mix) by collaborating with and driving virtual channel partners.

Remote Support: Guide and support bank tele-callers through pre-sales pitches and post-sales processes (like claim settlements) via call, email, or video.

Tech-Driven Sales: Utilize advanced digital tools, CRM software, and mobility enhancements to track and comply with the Sales Management Process.

Ethics & Compliance: Uphold organizational values, ensure strict business ethics, and maintain total compliance with regulatory and statutory norms.

Tele-Bancassurance is a high-growth, technology-driven segment of HDFC Life’s Bancassurance channel—the largest sales channel of the company. By leveraging our strong partnership with banks like HDFC Bank, this channel uses cutting-edge virtual and tele-calling frameworks to reach customers across 400+ locations nationwide.

Essential Conditions

Age: 22–38 years

Education: Graduation in any stream

Experience: 1 to 6 years of minimum sales experience (BFSI sector experience is highly preferred)
