Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Telecallers to support our Brand Onboarding process. The role involves reaching out to prospective brand leads, explaining the onboarding process, and successfully converting them. This position requires handling high outbound call volumes and strong persuasion skills.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
● Make 130–150 outbound calls daily to assigned brand leads with minimum 50% connect ratio.
● Connect with brand representatives and introduce the company and its offerings.
● Clearly explain the brand onboarding process, benefits, and requirements.
● Convince and onboard new brands through effective communication and follow-ups.
● Handle objections professionally and close onboarding conversations.
● Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and onboarding status in CRM/sheets.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth completion of the onboarding process.
● Meet daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding targets.
Required Skills & Experience:
● 1+ years of telecalling or sales experience, preferably in new brand onboarding.
● 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
● Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
● Hindi communication should be manageable.
● Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational, and time-management skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with minimal supervision.
● Familiarity with brand onboarding processes.
● Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
● Ability to present data in a clear, actionable manner.
● Ability to learn new software and tools quickly.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
● Daily call volume (130–150 calls).
● Number of successful brand onboardings.
● Conversion ratio and follow-up effectiveness.
● Data accuracy and CRM/sheet hygiene.
