We are looking for a Real Estate Tele sales Executive to join our team at Jones RecruitZo This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Key Responsibilities:• LEAD CALL/INCOMING CALL

• PROSPECT OR REJECTED

• REQUIREMENT IS MATCHED WITH EXISTING

PROPERTIES (If no then the requirement will go to)

• FRM/ORM/FE

• PROPERTY IMAGES SHOULD BE SHARED WITH

TENANT

• FEEDBACK IS COLLECTED TO (VISIT OR REJECTED

IN PICS)

• SCHEDULES VISIT FOR TENANT

• TENANT VISITS THE PROPERTY ALONG WITH

FE/FRE/FRM

• FEEDBACK OF THE PROPERTY (yes, no, changes)

• NEGOTIATIONOFFICE VISIT

• PAYMENT FOLLOW UPS

• STAMP PAPER

• AGREEMENT

• NOTRARY

• CLOSURE.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below puc and 0.5 - 6 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
