Business Development Executive (Multilingual Voice Process)

Role Overview
We are looking for high-energy Business Development Executives to join our Mumbai-based team. In this role, you will be the key driver in converting warm leads into paid subscribers. You will engage with customers who have already experienced our product through a 6-month trial and persuade them to transition to a full subscription.
Key Responsibilities
High-Volume Outreach: Execute 100–120 outbound calls per day to trial users.
Sales Conversion: Convert existing trial users into long-term paid customers by highlighting the product's value and service benefits.
Consultative Approach: Understand customer feedback from their trial period to effectively overcome objections and close deals.
Lead Management: Manage a consistent pipeline of leads provided by the company.
Candidate Requirements
Language Proficiency: * Mandatory: Fluency in Hindi and English.
Regional Language: Must be fluent in at least ONE of the following: Marathi, Tamil, Gujarati, or Punjabi.
Experience: Minimum 6 months of dedicated experience in Telesales, Direct Sales, or a high-volume Outbound Voice Process.
Education: Minimum 12th Pass (HSC or equivalent).
Skills: Strong persuasion skills, persistence, and the ability to maintain high energy across 100+ calls daily.
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
