Location: Aerocity Corporate Park, Sakinaka, Andheri (East), Mumbai

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Week off: Monday

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves interacting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers

Explain company products/services and generate interest

Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline

Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions

Schedule meetings/site visits for the sales team

Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems

Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

Graduate / Undergraduate (Freshers can apply)

Good communication skills in English & Hindi (additional languages are a plus)

Basic knowledge of sales processes

Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented mindset

Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure

Preferred Skills:

Strong negotiation and convincing skills

Good interpersonal and listening skills
