Telecaller Outbound – Partner Onboarding: EarnyPartner App powered by PaisaCompare

We are looking for a Telecaller Outbound to join our team at PaisaCompare for the EarnyPartner App. The candidate will be responsible for partner onboarding, outbound calling, customer coordination, and maintaining accurate records in databases and systems. This role offers excellent growth opportunities in a collaborative work environment.

Fixed Salary ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 + Unlimited Incentives: up to ₹50,000

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound calls for DSA and partner onboarding through the EarnyPartner App.

• Explain company products, services, and partnership benefits to prospective partners.

• Maintain and organize physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.

• Update accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.

• Verify data accuracy, correct errors, and identify irregularities promptly.

• Follow up with leads and assist partners during the onboarding process.

• Communicate with relevant teams to resolve data inconsistencies and improve processes.

• Generate reports and summaries to support internal decision-making.

• Ensure data accuracy and accessibility for smooth business operations.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and company information at all times.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate

• Experience: 0 – 6 months (Freshers can also apply)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools preferred

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
