We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Vishwas Healing Centre. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Get a salary of ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Handling, Qualification & Conversion
Manage inbound and outbound calls for all incoming leads.
Understand user intent—whether for therapy, healing sessions, trainings, courses, internships, or workshops.
Convert leads into: o Therapy consultations o Healing programs o Trainings, Courses and Workshops enrollments
Own the complete lead lifecycle—from inquiry to final conversion.
Drive maximum lead-to-conversion ratio across all offerings.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 4 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
