Job Description: Business Development Executive-Sales
Salary: ₹2.5 - ₹3.5 LPA
Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales

Job Responsibilities:
1. Field Sales & Client Acquisition – Identify potential customers, generate leads, and acquire new clients through on-field sales visits.
2. Market Research & Lead Generation – Conduct market research, analyze competition, and develop lead generation strategies.
3. Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
4. Sales Presentations & Negotiation – Deliver sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
5. Revenue Growth & Target Achievement – Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
6. Follow-ups & Reporting – Regular follow-ups with clients, maintaining records of sales activities, and preparing sales reports.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
1. Education: Any Graduate
2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
3. Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to close deals efficiently.
4. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to engage with clients effectively.
5. Self-Motivated & Target-Oriented: Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
