Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of sales agents to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales plans to increase company revenue and expand the customer base.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Generate new leads through marketing, networking, and cold calling; ensure high-quality lead conversion.
Client Relationships: Cultivate lasting relationships with clients and developers to secure repeat business.
Property Operations: Arrange and conduct site visits for potential clients and handle negotiations to close sales.

Required Qualifications & Skills
