Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of insurance sales executives
Achieve individual and team sales targets (monthly/quarterly)
Recruit, train, and develop new team members
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
Ensure proper follow-up on leads and conversions
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
Conduct daily/weekly team meetings and performance reviews
Support team in closing high-value deals
Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations
