The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients and candidates over the phone, generating leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining professional relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in handling calls, and the ability to achieve assigned targets. Roles & Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and candidates. • Generate leads and maintain a strong follow-up process. • Explain company services and resolve customer queries. • Schedule meetings and appointments for the concerned team. • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions. • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets. • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients. • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations. Required Skills & Qualifications • Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred. • Good communication skills in Hindi and English. • Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and Email. • Strong convincing and negotiation skills. • Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach. • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
