## Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with retailers, promoting transactions on our platform, pitching our service packs, and providing day-to-day support to retailers. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
## Key Responsibilities
• Connect with retailers through calls on a daily basis.
• Follow up with retailers who are not actively doing transactions and encourage them to start/restart transactions.
• Explain and promote the company’s services, products, and service packs.
• Pitch sales offers and convert leads into active users/customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers.
• Provide day-to-day support and resolve retailer queries or concerns.
• Assist retailers in understanding product features, benefits, and usage.
• Maintain call records and update customer interactions in the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
## Required Skills
• Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
• Ability to build rapport with retailers/customers.
• Problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools preferred).
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
## Qualifications
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate• (preferred).
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
