Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to promote Personal Loan and Overdraft products. The ideal candidate will contact potential customers, understand their financial requirements, explain loan products, generate qualified leads, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.

• Explain the features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements for Personal Loan and Overdraft products.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.

• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

• Follow up with interested customers to complete the application process.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide prompt resolutions.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely loan processing and customer updates.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with company policies.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate (preferred).

• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, banking, NBFC, or financial services is preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of Personal Loan and Overdraft products.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

• Good listening and customer service skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software or MS Office.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Experience

• 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, loan sales, banking, or financial products.
