Telecaller / Customer Support Executive
Location: Noida
Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to handle outbound/inbound calls, assist customers, generate leads, and ensure excellent customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound/inbound customer calls professionally
Explain company products/services to customers
Generate leads and follow up on inquiries
Maintain customer database and call records
Resolve customer queries and complaints
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Ensure proper call quality and compliance
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
Good communication skills in Hindi & English
Basic computer knowledge
Fresher & experienced both can apply
Comfortable with rotational shifts (if applicable)
