A Personal Loan and Overdraft Telecaller engages in outbound calling to pitch financial products, generating leads and closing sales by explaining loan benefits, interest rates, and eligibility to potential customers. They are responsible for meeting daily/monthly targets, maintaining client records, and assisting with documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling: Actively call prospective customers (cold calling) to introduce personal loans, overdraft facilities, and other financial products.
Product Explanation: Explain loan features, interest rates, repayment options, and eligibility criteria to customers.
Key Qualifications
Education: Minimum 12th pass, with graduates preferred.
Skills: Strong communication (verbal/written), persuasion skills, and comfortable working in a target-based environment.
