Job వివరణ

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our real estate projects, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the company's lead database.
Explain real estate projects, locations, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant details to customers.
Understand customer requirements and identify suitable property options.
Generate and qualify leads through regular follow-ups.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.
Follow up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.
Provide regular updates to the reporting manager regarding lead status and conversions.
