We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Erm Global Investors. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Get a salary of ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.

• Generate qualified leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.

• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and ongoing offers.

• Understand customer requirements and answer their queries professionally.

• Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.

• Follow up with interested prospects to maintain engagement.

• Update customer information and call status in the CRM on a daily basis.

• Coordinate with the sales team regarding lead progress and customer feedback.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

• Maintain professionalism and build long-term customer relationships.

  Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 1 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
